The company was founded in 2006 by Architects Gerald Patil and Nilesh Zawar.
Gerald Patil is an architect by profession with an experience of ten years in the field of architecture and construction which includes five years in construction of residential and commercial complexes, two years of retail experience designing malls and show rooms and three years in furnishings and designing interiors for corporate offices. He has handled projects for reputed companies like Reliance Life Insurance, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Weekender, Hindustan petroleum, APCO, ICI Paints, Satyam, KTDC, KONE and KLM airlines.
Nilesh Zawar is an architect by profession and has an experience of ten years in the field of architecture and construction. Nilesh was actively engaged in designing Residential homes and Commercial complexes.
