ARCHITECTURE
Our architecture services range from small renovations to large scale buildings. No matter what it is, our approach, dedication and commitment is always the same, trying to provide innovative solutions that perform at the highest level in all the different aspects of the building. Specialized in difficult sites and programmes we are able to handle today’s complex environment conditions and turn them in outstanding architecture proposals. Being TAMOSPAYA's main activity core, our architecture services provide not only a spatial environment but also a new way to understand it.
URBAN PLANNING
TAMOSPAYA urban planning department works in projects that range from public urban spaces interventions, to masterplans - either singled or multiple party orientated -, infrastructure interventions, or territorial interventions and strategic development plans. Trying to reach a different understanding of the urban fact, our team approaches urban projects with a broad perspective and fresh eyes knowing that architecture, society, economics and infrastructure have to find a delicate balance when talking about urban developments.
SOCIAL STUDIES AND POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
Deeper research of the social and economical facts of the urban fact has given us a better understanding of people and market behaviors and habits, and that's why TAMOSPAYA has developed a group dedicated to the social implication and economic impact of the architectural and urban fact.
