| I undertake work such as obtaining approvals/ permissions from MCGM/ MMRDA for interior/ additions/ alterations proposed to be carried out in in existing premises in Mumbai.
To carry out interior works such as addition/ alterations which include erection of cabins & cubicles, breaking of existing partition walls, erection of brick/ siporex walls, erection of full height light weight partition walls (wooden/ glass/ gypsum board), etc. in existing office/ commercial premises in authentic building, it is mandatory to take prior approval for the said work from local Govt./ semi Govt. authorities, (i. e. MCGM, MMRDA) as per D. C. Regulations.
I provide liaisoning services for Architects/ Interior designers by submitting the proposal in MCGM/ MMRDA on behalf of them for the above mentioned works, following up & getting the approvals/ sanctions/ NOCs for the same required to carry out above mentioned fit out works in due course of time.
Scope of work:
Obtain/ gather necessary documents required for submission.
Prepare proposed municipal approvable drawing.
Submitting proposal along with proposed plan to Govt authorities.
Obtaining necessary NOCs.
Obtaining approval to start the work.
After completion of work as per approved plans, obtaining Completion certificate for the work completed on site.
